Refund Policy for Wild Edventures LLC
If you are not able to make it to your booked private Jon Boat Tour for any reason, and you would like to request a refund, please read through our booking refund policy below to see if you are eligible for a refund. Each refund request must be reviewed and either approved or denied by a guide manager. Feel free to call us at (754)-233-1422 to discuss your specific situation in terms of why you are requesting a refund.
Booking Refunds
Booking refunds will be provided only in the event of extreme weather conditions or cancellations made 24 hours prior to tour departure time. In order to be considered for a refund, all booking refund requests will be reviewed case by case by management at WILD EDVENTURES LLC.
